These Type N wireless cards worked perfectly right out of the box. I had a little trouble with typos in my security "key" setups, but as soon as I got everything right, the cards worked, and I am using them daily with very high speed performance on the internet. They are also very sensative, and picked up several Wi-Fis in the neighborhood. My access point is a Motorola wireless cable modem. They also replace my old wired router, and can transfer data between computers just like the LAN used to d ... o. These cards are a good value for the money, and I don't see how spending more could get you more. More >

Ditto. Kept getting kicked off the my wireless home network with this card where-ever I install the card on any computer, especially Windows 7. I just installed it on a 10-year-old Windows XP Desktop and it doesn't have the issue as much, so I left it installed on it.I'm sure you can fix this issue by tinkering with it. It has to be some issue with its networking that causes it to get Disconnected from the network. Sure it has to do with the way Windows assigns the IP address to each new connect ... ion made(when the Computer is turned on).As stated before, the issue rarely happens on my Windows XP machine so I left it installed there and move the modem to connect my custom gaming PC through Ethernet. Easy bypass solution, doesn't bother me. More >

I have tried many times with this card to get it to work correctly. Ive tried everything! I spent weeks on research about this card and all the outside reviews were that the card does not work properly with Windows 7. But i have people saying that it works great with Windows XP. I have had it with this card and now going to a different card.I am running Windows 7 and have all the current drivers for this card too.
